Should have expected this from a New York used car dealer.I called the dealer early in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was available. ***** on the phone says "yes, it's still available, would you like to put down a deposit?" I reply yes. She replies "I'm unable to do it but my manager can call you back and do it for you". I had made an appointment for this morning to have my oil change and state inspection done here. I requested the ******* change but due to personal error, I did miss that so the service technician, ****, said they would be charging ***** for an oil change, which i declined.
