I brought my car in for flood repairs. They had my car for nearly three weeks. Communication was poor. I received a call that my car would be ready worst case by July 3. If I wouldn't have called when I was on my way I wouldn't have known they were running behind schedule. Communication is important! I was told it would be ready July 5th by email and that I would receive a call when it was ready. The service department closes at 5:30pm and it was 3:45pm I hadn't received a call so I called. The vehicle I went there for, I was told it was sold. I found out the next day, it was not. The vehicle I did end up purchasing had more cosmetic damage than I realized, but I accept responsibility for this since I should have seen it. It wasn't mentioned though. Then they sent me over an hour away without the temp tag and registration. And, with an expired inspection sticker (found this morning). Customer left the paperwork in the finance office. The reason that she is upset with us is we did not let her take the car because her credit union requested insurance and paperwork before giving us a copy of a ucc1 from her bank. We do not offer a brake tag on any of our vehicles. That car was traded to us with that expired tag. We have talked to this customer and have explained our policy. *****************
