Thank you Ray Brandt for your outstanding customer service once again. Yesterday my tire blew out and I was stranded on the side of the interstate with my 3 children. I call Infiniti, they connect me to roadside assistance. I’m asked if I have a spare, I tell them I don’t know. I check in my truck and don’t see a spare so I tell them “I guess not. But I did pay for extra tire and rim coverage so Infiniti can have someone bring me one.” They tell me they are sending a tow truck, the tire will have to be changed at the dealers... read more

Every staff member I encountered was super friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to purchase and Infiniti.
David Jones is always on time with my vehicle and my loaner waiting for me to arrive! Explains necessary repairs if any. I have had David as my service advisor for 9 years and 3 different vehicles and he continues to provide the best customer service
