Passing through New Orleans and my QX80 broke down, I needed to get back on the road ASAP. Tim at Ray Brandt was terrific--efficient, understood my sense of urgency, saved me money by ensuring warranty paid for services, borrowed a part from Nissan dealer, and got us out the door. Very good service every time I go in for service and I’ve been going there for the past 7years . Every one speaks to you when they pass by . The place is always clean. I used to enjoy the coffee and and cake and now because of COVID 19 we can no longer eat or drink in the lounge and I understand because if you are eating or drinking your Mask will have to be off and that is understood
