Cancelled my Gap Insurance last year but haven't got my refund yet. The gap insurance company said they already mailed the check to the Ray Brandt group but still its not showing up in my account as loan payment. Called the Toyota Dealer at Kenner but they said the Ray Brandt Group will have all the answer. When I called the Ray Brandt Group I get no help.
