Super nice guy. Thumbtack reviews are good but my experience was more like the Google reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t see these until after. Horrible communication, showed up 1.5 hrs late. Left tint on my garage floor. Cut the seals on the outside windows, I assume while tracing the tint to fit. Left my door locks soaking wet, doors wouldn’t lock for about an hour after. Steer clear of John. He quoted me months ago and never showed up. I followed up with him, and he apologized, stating that he was awarded a bid out of state to tint some school windows. Although I thought that was unfair and poor communication, I still wanted to use him. He told me he would be out on Saturday at 12. I texted him the day before to confirm. Although John made time to squeeze me in on a Saturday and worked for hours on my tint, I cannot in good faith give him anything higher than a 1 star review. He's a nice person, but I am beyond upset with my experience. I'd asked him multiple times before he came if he had a tint measure, but he never answered directly yes/no. I'm now certain he just eye-balled my tint and guessed. He was about 2 hours later than I anticipated his arrival. Then, I was nickel and dimed...
