Steer clear of John. He quoted me months ago and never showed up. I followed up with him, and he apologized, stating that he was awarded a bid out of state to tint some school windows. Although John made time to squeeze me in on a Saturday and worked for hours on my tint, I cannot in good faith give him anything higher than a 1 star review. He's a nice person, but I am beyond upset with my experience. I'd asked him multiple times before he came if he had a tint measure, but he never answered directly yes/no. I'm now certain he just eye-balled my tint and guessed. He was about 2 hours later than I anticipated his arrival. Then, I was nickel and dimed... This young man is the worst person I’ve dealt with in the tinting business. I had just gotten my model y Tesla. The glasses were fine on my new car. He left my driver’s side window up tried closing the door then lied that he didn’t crack the glass. His communication skills are awful. He filed a claim with his insurance company, he stated they disapproved the claim and he never even contacted us we had to call him and that’s when learned about it.
