DO NOT BUILD with this group. Post handover they will do everything legally possible to avoid responsibility for faulty workmanship that is obvious to any reasonable person there is an issue. There are legal limitations and there are acts of reasonable responsibility against faulty workmanship...engage with these guys at your own risk.
