I strongly advise against working with Rawhide or Porscha. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, they demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity. Their website claims that 'the owners make the ultimate decision of approving or denying applicants,' but in reality, Porscha makes her own decisions without informing the owners about the applicants. They have been helpful and lenient when I needed to change my lease date, and always are quick to answer when I call. They were good about repairing my bathroom which was being ignored by the company that was originally who I was renting my unit from. I’m very glad it got switched to Rawhide.
They called to cancel the appointment an hour before I was supposed to be there so I didnt see that they had called. I marked myself off work and when I called to find out why the lady on the phone laughed in my face
