I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit. This was my first time ever purchasing from your store. I was working close to the area so I wanted to get a fresh pressed juice. When I first walked into the market, I missed the stand, but when I finally found it, it seemed to be what I was looking for. No one was at the counter to greet for the first 3 to 5 minutes of me getting there. It was my first time at the Municipal Market, and I was excited to try this juicery. I ordered the soursop juice and a Rawsome Remix salad. Instead of dressing, I asked for olive oil. Unfortunately, the salad had a strange smell—the lettuce seemed off, and they poured way too much olive oil, which ended up leaking everywhere.
