Roof installed prior to our purchase of our condo. Within two years, granular material has separated and washed off of significant portions of the roof. RAW failed to perform routine inspection and maintenance of the roof as per installation agreement. RAW also misrepresented work done (or not done), reporting they had been onsite for repair work when they had done so.
