Literally not a real company, I just walked there and it does not exist. The picture doesn't even look like anything in Kitchener tbh, it's very obviously photoshopped Also will add that I confirmed with people who live in the area, a flower shop hasn't even existed there ever

Convinced this is not a real company or place. The address is not accurate. Pretty sure that they are using a fake address as a scam. Beware
A complete scam, do not use. I am in the UK, sent bereavement flowers to my Aunt, this company has taken money and not delivered. My Aunt went to their shop, it does not exist
this may be a local shop but all parts of the order and delivery process are through a huge teleflora conglomerate and if you need any changes or billing inqueries expect to be on hold with a remote, international call center for ages. will never do this again
