Totally not worth it. I recently moved to Miami from Europe, where we had amazing workout studios, so I had high expectations. I’m not a beginner—I’ve been training for a while and know my body well. This class was $50, and honestly, it just wasn’t worth it. The trainer, Anabelen, was extremely rude. At one point, I decided to skip one of two exercises because the machine was hurting my knee. Best Gym in Miami hands down. Maria is the best trainer!
If you’re looking for accountability and consistency this is your place! As a mom to a toddler making time to workout is challenging. Adrian and Sean keep the energy going through each session. Making it easy to show up and pull through every day! Highly recommend 10/10
