This gym used to be great , but ever since Sean left, it’s just not the same . He brought energy, motivation, and a personal touch that no one has replaced. The gym is still nice, but it’s missing the spark Sean gave it.
Raw Fit is nothing like your usual workout class. Instead of one coach for a big group, it’s a smaller group where multiple trainers constantly are fixing your form and giving you personal attention. They’re super detail oriented, and it feels like having a personal trainer in a group setting. Easily the best in 305, most effective workouts!!!
Best Gym I have ever been to! So so clean always, the coaches push your limits and always correct your form which for me its very important.
