Kristen was recommended by a friend when I was diagnosed with MS. It is a very warm atmosphere and I feel better after the cupping therapy and medical massage. I highly recommend this place.
Just moved to OH in Sept...Apprehensive about finding a good master esthetician. Kristen is so amazing! She listened to my skin care woes & what past estheticians had done to my face, both good and bad. 1st facial was a great start & we have a game plan for the next one. She was even willing to contact my previous beloved esthetician.
I've been waxing all my life - I am born and raised in Eastern Europe - and Kristen is the only person I came back to for waxing (and I tried a few, let's just say that). Doesn't hurt, no rash, no headaches. Might be the products that Kristen uses or her touch. I would say both. I really appreciate her flexibility in scheduling and love her punctuality. All my friends that tried her services went back for more... everybody loves Kristen.
