I have had and continue to have amazing experiences with the therapy sessions! Safe spaces are created to feel comfortable to talk about what ever is need to be said. The sessions are also very helpful to talk about moving forward towards the future! Highly recommend!! I feel very validated during the sessions while learning how to improve myself.
