While we didn’t meet with the Dr. Dhaliwal, her administrative office was a nightmare to deal with. In the month preceding my child’s birth, I had to call twice to setup the pre-birth meeting with the doctor two weeks apart and was told that I would be contacted by a certain date but received no communication. And then as my child was born early, I called to make an appointment and the office stated there was no way to guarantee we’d actually see Dr. Dhaliwal after receiving none of that communication before hand. The staff and Dr. Dhaliwal were so sweet and gentle with our little one-year-old boy. He had scratched his cornea and we came in late and they were so good with him and made us worrisome parents at ease and helped our son feel comfortable. We would definitely go back if we ever need urgent care again!
Nice staff, very quick and I like that they called to check on my child after we visited.
Excellent and Efficient Care. Staff and doctor were courteous and attentive; This location is also very clean. I highly recommend!
