Every time I call to book an appointment and then come in for said appointment, they have zero record of me calling and having the appointment booked. Even when I try to book an appointment online they don’t respond or call.
Very good shop, Curtis is the best technician in Scarborough!!
Years ago my (now ex) used to bring her car here. Recently I needed some work and I checked around and remembered this shop. Very reasonably priced, very friendly and it was done fairly quickly considering everything. I'll be back for sure.
I called several times to request a quote and even visited the shop in person, but each time the lady at the reception assured me that someone would get back to me, and no one ever did. This is unprofessional.
