My wife has been a patient of Dr. Ravi since 2019. He treats his patients like family and accommodates them very well, and I highly recommend him for your medical needs.
The service here is terrible. You have to wait at least an hour and a half just to see the doctor. When you provide feedback, they only offer excuses.
Atrocious front desk staff We came here for an asthma flare up. It took 9 days for the front desk to put in a prescription for a nebulizer machine and other asthma medicine. Keep in mind, my boyfriend’s condition was persistent: coughing, trouble breathing. She put it in to a mail-order/ specialty pharmacy which was not helpful as we needed it as soon as possible and those can take days to ship and are a hassle to deal with.
