I waited for 2 hours. The doctor refused to treat me because I didn't bring my medications with me. They were all on file from my pharmacy, but I was told that's not how it works. I went there for my results from an Echo cardiogram. When I asked the doctor what about my test, he told me my heart isn't any better then before the test. Bring your medicines next time, and I'll see you in a month. You rate that appointment if it was you.
I have called to get a refill for my high blood pressure medication and the receptionist said she will inform the doctor it’s been 3 days and my pharmacy has not received any response from the doctor. If I end up in the hospital I will be contacting my lawyer
I am satisfied with Dr. Rathi the way his treatment ..very responsive .staff is also very professionaly qualified.
The office personnel have always been professional and kind. The Dr. has a good bedside manner and was professional and proficient.
