Dr. Bajpai listens carefully, demonstrates caring about your health issues and educates you in layman's terms. Overall a great communicator!
On my first visit, I found Dr. Bajpai to be very caring and knowledgeable. He listened to me with my concerns & questions & answered them all. He did a thorough health assessment & I am happy to be his new patient. Dr. Bajpai is very personable & after leaving his office, I told my wife, I really liked Dr. Bajpai which doesn't always happen when dealing with new doctors especially since we just recently moved to Arizona.
HE IS AN EXCELLENT DR. HE LISTENS IS KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. GOING TO HIM FOR A LOT OF YRS. OFFICE STAFF NEEDS IMPROVING ...LACK OF COMMUNICATION. REALLY HARD TO GET A SIMPLE MEDICATION RENEWAL. TAKES TOOOOOOO LONG. SHOULD BE A TURN AROUND OF 48 HR. IT TAKES THEM OVER A WEEK OR MORE. WHEN U COMPLAIN TO STAFF NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE THE BLAME AND PASSES IT NEXT PERSON AND BLAMES THEM. COME UP WITH A NEW SYSTEM PLEASE. A CALL BACK WOULD BE NICE TO LET US KNOW THEY R WORKING ON IT.
Dr. Bajpai has been our family Dr. for the past 8 yrs. He takes the time to listen to his patients and get to know them as people rather than just a number on a piece of paper. He constantly encourages healthy life style practices while allowing his patient to make the final decisions as to the type of care they wish to receive, never demanding excessive medical testing nor over relying on the latest catch phrase "preventative medicine. A good Dr. and a very good man.
Dr Bajpai has been my doctor for perhaps twelve years or more. He is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. His bedside manner and personality are second to none. As a senior on Medicare, I feel very comfortable in his very capable hands. He is also my wife's doctor and she also feels as I do. We love this man.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bajpai for 10+ yrs! We have been more than pleased with the care & attention medically necessary for us. His staff is competent, professional & so friendly! Wouldn't go anywhere else! We're so appreciative of him & love being under his excellent care. He's a Blessing from God!
