Most positive reviews are from some time ago. This office is now owned by Optum, a division of United and sold out to corporate elitest. The front office has never been good but it is much worse now. United just had their biggest 2-day stock loss (-30%), driven primarily by poor Medicare Advantage results. I've been going to Dr. Bajpai for over 10 years and would not consider anyone else. He is professional, personable, empathetic, and sincerely cares about his patients. Dr. Bajpai gives his full attention to you, unlike some who are entering data into your record while answering your questions. He takes appropriate time to address your concerns, provide explanations that are easy to understand and answer any questions you have. I have seen Dr Bajpai many times and definitely a favorite doctor of mine. He is very busy only because all his patients love him. This is why my Wife and I picked him because of his ratings.

Horrible doctor and even worse office staff!!!!! Prescribed my dad the wrong medication, does not return voicemails, office staff is rude and unreliable

Usually see Dr. Bajpai for annual Physical and update on health. I had several issues to discuss the him including recent changes including diagnosis of Prostate Cancer and change of life with mother in law to move to Arizona to stay with us as she has had significant decline in last year. I asked him to evaluate her when she arrives as we need to know what is her main cognitive and physical issues. He is always a wonderful listener and support. Awesome staff which exemplifies the doctor. Dr. Bajpai listens, is professional to the max with friendliness and makes a patient feel at ease. We have been patients for 4 years and have not been failed in the least with him. He's been readily available to us and our needs. We appreciate his knowledge and referrals when needed.

After going through a few PCPs, I've settled with Dr. Bajpai and am really satisfied with the service he delivers. He is thorough, explains things clearly, is attentive, and personable. He takes his time and I don't ever feel the appointments are rushed. Highly recommend!

We have been to many Primary Care Physicians in our day. We are so blessed to have found Dr. Bajpai. His care, his treatments, his knowledge are excellent! You leave the office knowing he gave his 100% attention to you. His staff are great also! We have recommended several to him and they have reported the same experience. You won't be disappointed!
