There is NEVER a doctor in the office, only a nurse practioner. Promises of call backs are never kept. Changing doctors. Terrible customer service.
Dr Kondaveeti is an amazing doctor who not only cares about his patients but also takes the time to properly diagnose the hard cases like mine. Instead of writing a prescription and moving on to the next patient he took the time to order multiple tests and got to the root of my illness. I am so thankful for his thoroughness! He has a great support staff in Monroeville as well.
Dr. Kondaveeti is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have seen so many Gastroenterologist and none of them have been able to diagnose me or come up with a treatment that has worked. Dr. Kondaveeti was recommended to me by family and I am so glad that I switched my doctor's. He made everything really simple and easy to understand and if I have a problem or question I just contact his office.
