Bad Needed a refill for my anxiety medication . Due to knee surgery I could not make a appointment . The nurse practitioner said she will not refill my prescription until she sees me. I told her I just had knee surgery. Can't walk or drive. I don't have family up here so I can not always get a ride. She was rude and disrespectful . By the way , why should I have to go in for a follow up every 4-5 month? Even if the medication is anxiety medication ?I can't afford insurance and I make to much to get Medicaid . Great nurses! I really like this place. I go here for all my check-ups and minor medical problems. The staff is friendly and the Advanced Nurse Practioners really know their stuff. Seeing one of the ANPs here is a great alternative to dealing with doctors and their egos. I highly recommend Ravenwood.
Your Helth Knowledge and great service. You can usually get an appointment the same day or at least the next day.I would recommend all of the practitioners on staff.
prompt You will love this clinic. Absolutely no waiting time to be seen. I called and was seen within two hours. They also accepted a partial payment. The staff were all professional.
General Practice Physicians This clinic is great for walk in visits. They provide great care for minor emergencies and will refer you to another doctor if they can't do it themselves.
Payment Plan for Uninsured Friendly staff willing to work with you if you are sick. As low as 50% down on your bill. They found my problem right away. I have now been using Ravenwood for 9 years and have most of my health care problems taken care of with them.
Great Dr's The Dr's here are great and have great bedside manner. The nurses sometimes could be better though. They are great at working out a bill payment plan if you dont have insurance and give samples too so it saves you the trip to the pharmacy and your money which is great!
Mr very good service. honest and fair priced, They diagnosed my problem on first visit. They will bill most private insurance companies. The front staff is also very nice.
So much for compassionate healthcare As one of our nation's under-insured, I work for a local architecture firm who provides barely-useable insurance with a $1,000 deductible. I am on BP meds and constantly have to call in and beg this clinic to renew my meds w/o insisting that I come in each time to be "rechecked" (at a cost of $120-$140 per "recheck").
