We had our daughters Wedding there along with a Murder Mystery week-end . The staff was wonderful and the rooms and the cottages on the grounds were very nice and clean. What a Fantastic week-end. Couldn’t have pulled it off without Amy (the inn keeper) and the whole crew.
The reviews for this place does not do it justice. Outstanding service, amazing homemade meals, themed rooms and cottages, and minutes away from beautiful hiking trails. If you are looking for a family “staycation” to get away from it all or a romantic getaway we highly recommend Ravenwood. This place was truly a hidden gem!
Comfortable and quiet... The Long Island Ice Tea is heavy on the long short on the tea
The Baker's cottage was fantastic. Breakfast was super yummy and fresh. The trails were kept clean and walkable. The castle was beyond beautiful!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most definitely be returning!!
The Queen Elizabeth room was wonderful! Hocking Hills was nearby for all kinds of adventures! We loved the staff at the castle! The food and drinks were great! We played a few of the games and enjoyed reading by the fireplace. Peaceful and rejuvenating time in the castle for sure! Definitely going to return!
I stayed in the Queen Victoria sweet, the room was gorgeous and stayed cool even in the 90+ degree weather, plus it was right next to the dining hall but still tucked away in the corner. All of the food and drinks we got were delicious and they had gluten free options! The grounds were so well kept and beautiful to explore too. It was really peaceful all weekend even though nearly every room or cottage was booked solid. The staff were all super helpful and really cool people as well! this getaway was awesome! had the king Arthur suite and loved it. the stairs did get old after a while... staff, food and accommodations could not get much better!! if we return, it would be to a 1 floor room lol. 4 stars easily.
This was our second trip to the castle. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is amazing and with no cell service or internet is a nice retreat! We’ll be back several more times I’m sure.
This is my new favorite spot- so tranquil, with comfortable rooms in the castle and the cottages are just lovely. We've stayed in both! I can't say enough about how nice the staff is and the beautiful surroundings just tops it all off! I am looking forward to our anniversary weekend there!!
