I have lived here for a little over a year and I have enjoyed living here. I started out in the studio and it was on the small side but it served its purpose as a first apartment. I am currently living in a one bedroom and when my air went out last summer they fixed it in a timely manner. They also do corporate power which works for me it is just added into my rent at the beginning of the month. The apartments are older and lacking amenities. (No dishwasher) The rent is a little high for the apartments. The woman who manages the complex is as mean as a snake. On the good side the community is mostly quiet. If there had been a category between average and poor I would have chosen it.Part 2I left the apartment and rather than return my deposit, they have decided to charge me for the carpet and the linoleum.
