Extremely rude and weird receptionist. Very unprofessional. Do not come here.
DO NOT GO TO DR MANGAT. I am not someone who writes reviews for businesses but my experience here warrants one. I was a patient of the lovely Dr. Lotsof for 5 years before he retired. I appreciated that he did not recommend unnecessary procedures, which is hard to find nowadays. He sold his office to new owners in 2025 and I was automatically added to the new owner’s patient list. So old and dirty, like straight from the 70s/80s. Unserious. And the receptionists are so rude
Oh boy, where to begin. The attendant did not show up on time so I had to wait outside the locked door for my morning appointment. The equipment is so old and outdated, looks straight from the 80s. The dentist missed a cavity that was giving me tooth pain, so egregious that my new dentist said it was negligence. And then to top it off, when I called to cancel my appointment, the receptionist hung up on me. Like what? I never leave bad reviews but this is place is a mess. AVOID
On three separate occasions I requested metal crowns & on the day of found out they decided to go with porcelain. I should've walked out each time. I'm going with a different dental group to replace them all.
