Ravenswood has been great! My last visit was because of a stiff steering wheel. It was like driving a Mack truck. I went to pick it up, and could NOT believe the difference. I called from the P&S parking lot to tell them I could now turn that wheel with one finger. What a joy to drive my 14 year old car again!!!!!
I am just like my father, very skeptical about auto repair shops. My father has been raving about Ravenswood Auto, on Cleveland avenue for quite a few years now. about a week and a half ago, 2 weeks now... I trusted them 2 install balance and mount four renew tires on my car. Thank you so much for fixing my tire today. I am so grateful that you’ve fixed not one but two tires on my new car for me in the last month. Hopefully I won’t need to see you for a repair anytime soon, but the next time I need work done on my car it’s going to Ravenswood!! We take both our cars there and have for a few years now- they’ve always been honest and upfront about everything and I am glad I have a car place that I can trust to do the work on both of our cars! I stopped in today last minute because my car door was jammed. The gentleman in the front grabbed a screwdriver right away and helped me with no hesitation. Didn’t charge me a thing. Wonderful and friendly service!
They gladly helped me immediately with a tire issue I had. Will defiantly be going back!
