UPDATE: I've been contacted by the assistant property mgr about the fee being attached to an amenity fee from corporate. Please review all of your contract material thoroughly and make an informed choice on renewal I cannot recommend Ravens Crest Apartments at this time. My recent experiences have been unsatisfactory and met with zero interest in a dialog about the issue I am having with unannounced fees. Used to live here couple years back & I promise I won’t move back or recommend anyone to move here till they fire everyone in the office & hire new people. I have never ever been talked to the way they do. The A/c & heat is always a problem. Hot water heater is always hit or miss. You ask them to try to fix it or replace it and you get get rude answers. So I paid the fee to cancel my lease & got the hell out! Don’t spend your hard working $ here.
The staff insults tenants. The form of communications is conducted by taping notes on your door like grade school. There are plenty of fines that are randomly assessed and tenants are threatened with eviction for not paying them. The management uses Conservice for billing which has 300 negative Yelp reviews and 59 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. You get billed utilities at random times, then are penalized when not paid by a certain date. The utility rates change monthly, so you can't set them up on auto-pay. More... read more
The staff is extremely rude (especially the managers) Maintaince do not help at all! You can tell them something wrong all is done is a quick fix and broken again! I continue to read about rude staff from other reviews and the same people still there! I suggest you hire new staff that do care about the community and not belittle you when you try to communicate.
