I have no idea what some of these people are talking about. Every employee I've talked to at the office has been very nice and quiet, accommodating to my needs, which I have appreciated over the years. They all do an awesome job. Keep in mind yall, you can't please everyone all the time.
Could be cleaner.... Found a mouse dead in my storage
We love having our things stored here. Safe and secure. Some local spots don't have a fence on the whole property and some that do don't keep the gate closed. Ravenna storage has clean, safe, and protected units. There are plenty of cameras. And the property has a fence around the whole place. AND also the.mgr is on duty 6 days a week!!!! All the other places in town but one do not have a person on site to show you units or discuss in person. I highly recommend ravenna storage.
