Highly recommend!! I called for service and they arrived within an hour . Brad figured out the issue with our air conditioning quickly . Brad was very friendly and polite ! It was a great experience!
With a severe cold snap coming and a furnace that was "pausing" every few cycles, we decided that we better get a technician out for some repairs. I called into Ravenna Oil and got an appointment for 5 days later 9 to12. No one called or showed up. I finally called them and they acted like I was an idiot for calling because I still had heat.
