Little short Hispanic manager was very rude and hostile towards me and another African American customer asked him about the menu and it just went bad from there his attitude was horrible he was probably having a bad day but just treat others how you would wanna be treated!!!!!
Food and service were fantastic! We ordered cocktails, the caprese salad, side salad, chicken piccata and the pork chops. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Would definitely go back again!
Yesterday, my husband took our nonverbal grandson, who has severe autism, to Ravenna Italian Grille with his trained service animal. The dog was clearly identified as a service animal, remained under control at all times, and was accompanying a child with an obvious disability. The hostess, Chris, denied them entry because the restaurant has a “no dogs” policy and stated that they are a small business.
