Service and repair on my Alfa Romeo, Excellent job! 5 star
Bad Service. Poor Time Management. Worse Customer Service. Doesn’t deserve a star. It’s my first time using this shop- and it was so bad that I had to request for a refund on the “loyalty card” that they sold. I booked an appointment to get a quote on repairs and possibly to do service on my car. I dropped the car on a Friday at 8:30am, and I insisted on waiting for an hour to know if they are able to assess it and know if I can get an initial quote for an engine leak and diagnostics.
