Ravenel Ford was above and beyond the customer service we have experienced at other Ford dealerships. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, made our truck buying experience hassle-free. We bypassed multiple Ford dealerships in the Charleston area to return to Ravenel Ford. Easiest car buying experience ever. Very pleasant, no pressure, easy going, and a great place to test drive vehicles. I had financing from my bank and the folks at Ravenel beat my bank's rates. I drove 100 miles from Richmond Hill, GA and I'm happy I did. I still have to pay Georgia TT&L but it is still an outstanding deal. I'll definitely go back up there when it's time to buy again.
