Rusty is always great to deal with. Never any pressure and an easy, laid back atmosphere. I never feel bad about any purchase we've made at Ravenel Ford and I'm loving my 2022 Bronco.
Brian and the service department team are fantastic! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I asked if they could check on a recall on my vehicle and check out a noise in the back end. They took care of everything in one hour. Excellent customer service, best I have had at any local Ford dealership. Thank you!
Deb the service manager was horrid to me on the phone. Her attitude and professionalism was lacking severely. I am having difficulties already with my car and was looking to bring my car into her service however after her phone call I took my time and business elsewhere. I do not recommend speaking or interacting with her.
I reserved the new Bronco online and visited the store on Friday to discuss the ordering process. I met with the Scott and Dave and had a great conversation. I brought my wife back the next day, just to look at a Mustang. Scott took a lot of time and educated us on all the new tech, as compared to Mustangs my wife owned in the past. I received the best deal from David Lombardi after exchanging information over the phone. I was able to text The pictures and my Vin and get a quote on trade value. 8:30 Saturday morning we picked out 3 trucks all beautiful. After I chose my last truck I decided to purchase it. This F150 had all the options which was nice. Curtis took Care of the numbers made me feel welcomed. David and I as vets had great conversation. You all are a great dealership will be my future for all things ford. Did I mention this is my first Ford.
