I was on vacation over Memorial Day weekend at Edisto Beach and had some problems with my Expedition. I took it in on Memorial Day. The Service Department was very courteous and had me in and out within an hour, not trying to sell me things I didn't need. I appreciated them not trying to take advantage of an out-of-towner. Great service. Highly recommended.
People are all friendly and eager to help you out, you don't feel like vultures are waiting to pounce!

Dishonest, selling used junk cars Last week I made a 3 1/2 hour trip to see a used car on their lot. I was assured that the car was in good shape and worth the trip to consider buying it. When I arrived the car was nasty inside and out. I went to test drive it and before even pulling out of the lot, it was knocking under the hood. We are so sorry our vehicle and our dealership did not live up to this customer¿¿¿s expectations. We found a suspension bushing that was making a discomforting noise that we are very sorry we did not catch before these nice people drove such a distance to see the car. Customer Focused Facility is very clean. Buying experience was very easy. All the staff we encounter were very friendly and polite. Our salesman (Dale) was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. Dale doesn't stop with his assistance after he makes the sale. He continues to ensure you are happy with your vehicle. We bought a truck to tow a camper. He went out of his way to ensure the truck we picked out was capable of towing the weight of the camper we plan on towing.
