Shady, pricey, unprofessional, and substandard plan for my property. Technician took advantage of tenant and neighbor when I set up inspections for both our houses. Owner was rude and just argued when we offered him a way to make it right. They over charged (more than $100) and used over the counter products. Worst of all they put out poison where their dogs could get to it and become poisoned. DO NOT BOOK THEM!
