Derek is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Fantastic massage
Derek is extremely skilled, very intuitive and truly listens to my concerns. I booked an appointment as it was close to my home and am so glad I did as he gives some of the most effective treatments I’ve had. There is also plenty of car and bike parking out front and is a very accessible and beautiful space!
Derek's phenomenal knowledge of the body and how it works is incredible!! After seeing 2 chiropractors, 2 physiotherapist and an osteopath that all gave different diagnoses that didn't fix the problem - Derek asked a few questions and in minutes discovered the problem AND fixed it!! Derek is beyond gifted and I am grateful for his care.
Had a great massage with Derek. His techniques of releasing deep tissue knots in hard to work areas is really helpful. Haven't felt the stiffness and pain today because of his work, which I so appreciate and going to book myself in again for one soon so he can keep working his magic!
