When we were first shown the apartment, I thought it was nice & a good area to live. After we got the keys and started to bring things in I noticed how dirty it still was. Dirty dishes in the bottom of the dishwasher, cabinets were gross, & I have to clean all of the sinks and tub. There is NEVER any parking. They covered the pool to build a parking lot big enough for what maybe 6 cars? & the pool is a amenity so why is my rent being RAISED if I did want to stay another year....
