Daughter brought computer. Spent birthday money to fix. Computer now missing and they can't find it. They refuse to answer phone or return call

hese bastards broke up my computer and sold it as parts. Then avoided my calls for 6 months. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a box of parts that didn't even belong to a dell. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Raven Computer on 11/30, 09 and was told that if I brought my computer to the shop, it would take a "long time " to repair it but if I chose to have a tech come to my house that day, it would cost $125 an hour. Bit of a steep price but I use my computer for our business and "time is money " . I was told that someone would come out at one o'clock. I contacted these guys both by phone (left VM) and by email, asking for help with resolving a problem with home computer. OK, I contacted them on 12/26/08, so maybe their office was closed that day or that weekend, but I NEVER HEARD BACK to my call or email. I guess their business is really good and they must be really busy to blow off potential business. So why would you want to waste your time with these guys? Fortunately I found an alternative service provider (Geek House Calls) that was terrific - SRP
