Due to one of your current renters, I will advise everyone to steer clear of this property.
My father in law died in their apartment within hours of them coming into his home. He was laying on a couch dying and the office gal and maintenance man saw him throwing up black and red blood and couldn’t find the human decency to call 911. We found him dead on the coach and their only concern? Who’s paying his rent and biohazard fees. Absolutely unacceptable. Ravello 192 is beyond awesome! You feel like you’re living in a single family home. Quiet and peaceful. The finishes are high end. The management is kind, responsive and friendly (shout out to Rilea). Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.
I have a friend who lives here and I have visited many times to her two different apartments she’s had. Beautiful apartments great pool, terrific clubhouse, and staff every time I encounter them. Definitely a great community.
