I absolutely Love this place. Brandye and Sarah and Zisly are amazing. Whenever were having a tough time they always listen and help wherever they can. I would not want to live anywhere else.
The Standard at EastPoint was amazing from the very beginning I was greeted with open arms. I have had an apartment here for the last 4 years and have loved every minute of it The office staff is first class, very smart and friendly. I always feel like I am good hands with them. The recent upgrades include painting the parking lot, painting the entire complex, new gutters, new security cameras, landscape rocks installed instead of the mulch, and the Alta Open app for a secure way to enter the complex. I lived there for 4 years it was great place at first but once they got bought out and changed from Ravella to Standard it went downhill. My car got broken into 3 times in my last years staying there and there is no cameras in the back of the apartments only in the front which is ridiculous. Rent kept going up and no upgrades to my apartment so I didn’t understand why go up every year I went from paying 950 for one bedroom to 1400 plus.
