We have lived here since May 2023 and have been very pleased. The staff is always helpful and responsive.
I recommend to read this before you move in here. I been there for 3 yrs When standards apartment bought ravella, this place is getting worsted that you can imagine,they break in an steal your belongings,steal trucks that you couldn’t imagine,cameras are worthless, at the pool people smoking pot or weed in front of the kids an the list keep going. I highly don’t recommend anyone living or renting this place. Manger is useless.
Avoid this place. The parking here is terrible for residents and guest alike. The parking spot to occupancy ratio was obviously designed to maximize profit at the expense of resident convenience. To add insult to injury, they will have your vehicle towed over 20 miles to impound for a cost exceeding $300 dollars. The parking situation is beyond the control of the management staff, but the enforcement is a collaboration between management and the tow company. Apartment seekers…. Beware of this property
