Stayed here for the first time in December. Amazing spot. Location was perfect for us. Used Lyft and subway to get on to manhattan. Train stations are 10 minute walks away. Biggest impact was made by the staff. Super friendly.
Room was large and comfortable but the a/c unit was loud. The location was a little sketchy at night, no close stores or restaurants available. I would stay there again for the right price
During the government shutdown, my flight was cancelled 4 hours before set take off and i coundnt get another flight; i reached out the morning of my stay to inform the hotel that i would not make it ; i was charged for the full stay & incidentals & instead of issuing my FULL refund bc it was out of my control, i was charged the first night because "the room was already ready for me" despite me reaching out HOURS prior to the check in time; this is unfair & should be handled better during a time like this
