Ralph is a douche. Made me wait 4 days on some gear after I had told him to ship it, blamed it on his email then when I asked if he could at least do an upgrade on the shipping to get it earlier he started talking about profit margins. Yeah, great customer service! He rather make no money and screw me over than maybe a little less money and have his customers be satisfied and come back. He actually told me to cancel the order and order from south florida since it was closer to me. People are out there killing themselves work... read more
