I bought a snowmobile helmet at the snowmobile show in Augusta despite their shop being 100 miles away from where I live. The seal in the double shield failed on the second ride (yeah -10 degrees). Called 'em up. Just as they promised when I handed my money over, they shipped a replacement right out. I had the replacement in my hands in less than 24 hours. You can't ask for better service.
I went in for a pair of gloves the other day. Mentioned I was waiting for amazon to ship a heated shield that I thought was a great deal. They beat the price by $5 and I walked out with what i wanted! Great customer service!! Waiting for my amazon shipment so I can send it back!
Excellent customer service. Great prices. Awesome staff. Went in looking for a bolt for my open-faced helmet’s visor. They literally went to the box of a brand new one, opened the hardware packet, and gave me the bolt - for free. I didn’t even buy my helmet there. After that we got talking about belts for my Summit and they happened to have the one I needed in stock. I had been looking for a spare and they said it retailed at $130.
