After firing my previous property management company over poor communication and slow follow-through, this team has been a night-and-day difference. From our initial conversations to every follow-up, Ken, Valerie, Kim, and the whole crew have been responsive and on top of things. Within a few weeks they had my house ready for rent and a tenant in place, which my old PM couldn't accomplish in far longer. Very happy so far and glad I made the switch.
