Dr. Ravage is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. He always answers any questions that I have, and I never feel rushed. I needed an emergency operation due to a detached retina, and he was very kind and considerate throughout the whole ordeal. His technicians are the same way, as well as the people that are at the front desk. Any patient that "sees" him should feel very confident that he/she is receiving the gold standard of care.
The staff was welcoming - professional and accommodating. Dr. Ravage was thorough - explained every thing - very professional, yet so approachable and willing to share information. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ravage to family or friends. It was a very positive experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ravage for just over two years and have been very happy with the care I’ve received at Illinois Retina. The staff is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is following all current health (Covid-19) protocols including social distancing and masking which made me feel very comfortable.
