My experience at Dr. Zac Ravage’s office was pleasant and interesting. All of his staff was caring and efficient. Things that I didn’t understand we’re explained carefully to me. I actually look forward to my visits.

The staff is kind and congenial..Dr. Ravage uses numbing gel before the injection. I find this preferable to a numbing injection. The technician flushes out the gel after the injection. Two stops before the exam room check vision and pressure, next is photos of the retina. Dr. Ravage is focused on treatment, not conversion.

Dr. Ravage and his excellent staff squeezed me due an emergency situation on my left eye. They stayed to take excellent care and repair on my retina I haven’t seen or experienced any healthcare situation this well in decades. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I already have recommended him to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Very professional, timely, and informative
I have to say, I've been seeing Dr. Sha for a few years. in the beginning, the relationship was pretty good but, over the years it has declined. I don't appreciate it when I make decisions about my care, she constantly pushes and even dismisses what I say or have decided. I also don't want a doctor that will talk at me, I want a doctor that will listen and talk with me.
Went in for follow-up for dissolvable switchers that broke open/didn’t take to get restitched and was told my scar would look better in a year and I didn’t need restitching. Not impressed as Doc didn’t even show for follow-up.
He was my Doctor when he was in Illinois. By far the most caring, compassionate doctor you could ask for. I highly recommend him for your medical needs.
