Dr. Harbour is a caring doctor, who specializes in listening intently to his patients concerns and providing valuable information regarding treatment, cures and downstream recommendations, if further action is needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Harbour to any friend or family member, based on how well he has treated me and responded to my concerns over the past several years.
Rude and incompetent. I had a hiatal hernia he never told me about, leaving me to suffer needlessly for a year. An ER visit is how I found out.
I had rash . Like allergies. The Doctor did biopsy without my consent and no reason . It wasn't emergency . He probably needs money to charge my insurance . I don't have family members go to this doctor . This doctor is no good

I have been seeing Dr Harbour for about 4 or 5 years and I always appreciated his concern for my health. However, in the last year or so, things have changed drastically. First, an appointment is 15 minutes TOPS. Second, if you forget to tell the scheduler you have a health concern, they will not address it at the appointment but tell you to make ANOTHER appointment. We have been with Dr Harbour for over 4 years. He is like your own family member.
I've been a patient of Dr. Rockley for over a decade now. I've been to so many different dermatologists regarding my keloid and had it cut off, burned off, etc. Honestly, he is the only one who can control it to where, if you don't know, I have one; no one would ever know. I was very self-conscious about it, but now I can wear my favorite earrings without a problem.
I wish I didn't have to leave a star, after waiting for 2 hours for this guy paul rockley, he seems me in less than 5 mins and said I don't have a problem with my skin even after seeing my that I have black spots. He said just purchase my $75 cream and it will be solved. I said what will be solve? He said your problem and I said what is the problem, he said my cream. He said or do nothing it's up to you. He only wants more money, doesn't care about anything else but his pocket.
I went for a consultation for my 13 y.o. daughter and after waiting 50 minutes, the doctor came in for 5 minutes with a translator and did not want to speak to me in English. He did not make contact eye with me or ask my daughter, only spoke with his translator, which I do not need. The consultation was 5 minutes he left without saying bye and no instructions.
