Do not buy homes with this builder they do not properly set up land before laying your foundation and everything else. I have a hairline crack across my driveway from left to right near the first 10 ft of driveway that's supposed to be reinforced with rebar. They will not cover driveways or sidewalks under warranty and so if they don't properly grade the land before laying everything down you will have issues.
