Absolutely the most irresponsible and disrespectful person I had had the unfortunate chance to meet. None of the amenities work there is no gate locks homeless people steal all your things and the house has just been painted and all renovation were never done. Would lie about a weekly cleaning and would snoop around everyone’s room. Would come and go as he pleased with no heads up all alarms and sensors were either broken or malfunctioning. The electric didn’t work he is a certified SLUMLORD. He is a scammer !!! Do not rent!
