Raul Mesta asked to see my bank account to verify work direct deposits of $12k/mo for a $2k/mo rent. Approved. I gave landlord notice. Then made up an excuse that they noticed there's not a years worth of rent saved so my application was declined. Are you kidding? Perhaps you should have asked for my stock account and other bank accounts if you really wanted to see how much you want to milk me for. Completely unprofessional. Realizing these are his friends who have created these other reviews for him.

Raul is an exceptional real estate agent. His deep knowledge of homes, structures, and the Austin area is impressive, but what truly sets him apart goes beyond the typical qualities of a realtor. Raul was amazing! He helped us find a spot that checked all of our boxes. He set up all the viewings for us and we were even able to see all of the properties in a single afternoon.
